Understanding Complex and Acute Trauma

In trauma counselling, I use both Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to ensure the trauma no longer resides in your nervous system so you can stop reliving the past and begin to feel more present and focused on your future. Together, we’ll work towards self-forgiveness, fostering new positive experiences and relationships, particularly with yourself.
